Job Description:
- 5 to 7 years of solid software development experience in programming languages including C#.NET , WinForm.NET , ASP.NET , HTML , AJAX , JavaScript and Web Services - required.
- Should have Experience working on: .NET Framework2.0/3.0/3.5, ASP.NET(VB,C#) & IIS,SQL Server 2000/2005/2008,XML Technologies & Web Services, UML,AJAX, Silverlight 2.0,LINQ,Microsoft VISIO, Object Oriented Analysis and Design, HTML (MUST IMPORTANT), Microsoft Visual Source Safe, Crystal Reports
- Experience with n tier architecture / MVC architecture, Visual Studio 2005 / 2008, Distributed Application , .Net Remoting , WCF and Design Patterns.
- Experience with designing relational databases as well as programming SQL queries for platforms such as SQL Server (2005 highly preferred)
- Experience with Third part Add-ons such as WinForms and ASP.NET, Sales Force Integration – Added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of systems analysis and design; strong hands-on experience in systems development and systems life cycle methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of procedural and object oriented programming, as well as web programming
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to conduct in-depth research as required
- Ability to perform highly detailed Work on multiple, concurrent tasks
- Ability to work well under intensive deadlines and must be a team player
- Ability to handle the task individually
- Good Communication skills are an add on
Job Responsibility:
- He/She will be responsible for design, performance, and scalability of .NET applications
- He/She will drive the performance modelling and provide a structured and repeatable approach to meeting performance objectives. The role is of a key technical expert, addressing problems of system integration, compatibility, and integration of multiple platforms
- Collaborate and coordinate with centralized IT Architectural initiatives
- Leading efforts to architect, build and deploy the next generation of applications
- Developing innovative products to support business line expansion and new initiatives
- Overseeing design, development and implementation of maintenance projects for existing systems Design and analyze hosting infrastructure and application architecture as they relate to overall performance, reliability and maintainability
- Database designing and performance tuning including indexing, schema optimization, de-normalization techniques, query plan analysis, etc.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing N-tier solutions
- Interact with management by designing, justifying and implementing architectural direction and decisions
